These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TutorBridge, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through TutorBridge (the "Platform"). Please read the Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1.1. By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
1.2. We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
2.1. In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.2. We do not control the Content posted via the Platform and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Platform, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Platform.
5.1. Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including, but not limited to, charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Platform.
5.2. All fees and charges are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.
6.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.
6.2. Upon termination of your access to the Platform, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall TutorBridge, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Platform, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform, (v) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party, and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not TutorBridge is advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) under its Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
9.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TutorBridge with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and TutorBridge with respect to such subject matter.
